EC ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS & SCHEMES

To qualify:

  1. All applicants need to be at least 21 years old (35 years if you’re applying under the Joint Singles Scheme)
  2. One of you must also be a Singapore Citizen, with at least one other applicant being either a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  3. Combined gross monthly household income cannot exceed $16,000
  4. You’re required to fall under one of the following HDB eligibility schemes:
  5. Public Scheme
  6. Fiancé/Fiancée Scheme
  7. Orphans Scheme
  8. Joint Singles Scheme

 

Other restrictions:

  1. You cannot own non-HDB property (overseas or locally), or have disposed of such property within the last 30 month.
  2. You cannot own/have owned more than 1 of the following: (i) flat bought from HDB; (ii) EC/DBSS flat bought from a developer; or (iii) HDB resale flat bought with a CPF Housing Grant.
  3. You haven’t met the minimum occupation period on your current subsidised flat. If it’s an executive condominium, you’ll need to wait a further 30 months from its date of disposal, before you can apply for a new one.
  4. For divorcees – for 3 years from the date of divorce, only 1 party of the divorce can own a subsidised flat.
  5. If you have previously cancelled an HDB application or terminated the Sales & Purchase Agreement (S&P) for a DBSS flat/EC using a CPF Housing Grant, you’ll be barred for 1 year or 5 years respectively.

  • Please submit your official E-Application of Parc Central Residences EC through this form and ensure the accuracy of information provided.
  • Submission of the E-Application is required for all interested parties to secure a balloting ticket for the sale of Parc Central Residences EC on the official launch day.
  • If in doubt, you may wish to contact us for assistance with the application process.
  • All shortlisted applicants will be invited for an assessment appointment and/or the showflat preview. At the appointment/preview, you will be required to endorse a printed copy of your E-application form and submit a copy of your NRIC.
  • The E-application process is considered complete only after (i) the endorsement of your printed E-application form and (ii) the submission of your NRIC copy at your appointment/showflat preview.
  • All successful applicants will subsequently receive a ballot ticket number to take part in the balloting exercise on launch day.
  • Our Official Developer Sales Team will be in touch via our Whatsapp Business Account and/or email for the next step of the application process.

  • No payment is required for the submission of the E-application form.
  • This submission does not constitute to legal binding agreement.
  • No obligation to a purchase after submission of this form.
  • There is no additional commission payable to any parties.
  • No penalty will be imposed for applicants who wish to apply for BTO, SBF, ROF and other EC.
  • The E-application will not be processed until an appointment is made with our representative to complete the paperwork.
  • Sale of Parc Central Residences EC is expected to take place via a balloting exercise on launch day.
  • Upon completion of the paperwork, only successful applicants will receive a ballot ticket number to take part in the balloting exercise.
